Size: 00 (can fit a 0 easily and possibly even a 2 for a tighter fit, band does have stretch)

These have stretch in the band and do fit oversized in my opinion. Can fit a 24-25inch waist. High waisted with distressing and raw hem on bottom. No flaws!
